1L Rotary Evaporator: Precision Temperature Control for Chemical Lab Solvent Removal

Equipped with a temperature indicator, intelligent temperature control system, and digital display, temperature regulation is implemented via PT100 sensors. When the water temperature reaches the set value, the controller automatically cuts off the heater power; when the temperature drops below the set point, it activates the heater, maintaining a constant water temperature in the trough.

Models B and E are fitted with a speed display for precise rotational speed monitoring; Model E features an LCD screen for clear data visualization.

Integrated with a heating trough and built-in resistance wire heater, the unit offers a heating temperature range from room temperature to 99°C.

The rotation system comprises a stable, reliable micro-motor, speed motor, and integrated circuit control unit. Enabled by electronic speed regulation, it operates steadily within a 10-180 RPM range, meeting international advanced technical standards.

The vertical lifting system utilizes a motor-driven rotational lifting mechanism for smooth height adjustment.

Two optional condenser structures are available: one based on double-line convection principles, and another single-line design with an interlayer for water, ice, or dry ice cooling. Ideal for organic solvent evaporation, the vertical condenser design optimizes space utilization.

The rotation shaft is crafted from high-temperature resistant high borosilicate glass, ensuring excellent heat resistance and airtightness. Sealing components employ a Teflon+Teflon two-way sealing configuration for superior sealing performance.
