1L Rotary Evaporator for Solvent Concentration with 10-180 RPM Adjustable Speed

An intelligent temperature control system with digital display is integrated, utilizing PT100 sensors for precision. When the trough water reaches the set temperature, the controller automatically cuts off the heater power; when the temperature drops below the set value, it activates the heater, maintaining constant trough water temperature.

Models B and E are equipped with a precision speed display. Model E features an LCD screen for clear, intuitive speed readings.

Equipped with a heating trough featuring a built-in resistance wire heater, the unit supports heating temperatures ranging from room temperature to 99 ℃.

The rotation shaft is crafted from high-temperature high borosilicate glass, offering excellent heat resistance and tight sealing. Sealing components use PTFE+PTFE bidirectional sealing for superior performance.

Two condenser configurations are available: one based on dual-line convection principles, and another single-line design with an interlayer compatible with water, ice, or dry ice for organic solvent evaporation. The vertical condenser design optimizes space utilization.

The vertical lifting system utilizes a motor-driven rotary lifting mechanism for smooth height adjustment.

The rotating assembly is made up of a stable, reliable micro-motor, speed motor and integrated circuit control system. Enabled by electronic speed regulation, it maintains stable rotation within the 10-180 RPM range, meeting advanced domestic and international standards.
