Featuring stepless speed control, the glass rotary flask rotates at a constant speed to spread materials into a uniform, large-area film on the flask wall. An intelligent constant-temperature water bath provides uniform heating to the flask; under vacuum conditions, solvents are evaporated at high speed, then cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and collected in the receiving flask.

1. Reasonable structure with specialized materials. Key mechanical components are constructed from stainless steel and aluminum alloy; all glass parts are made of high temperature resistant and high boron glass. Critical electrical modules are imported, and rubber seals comply with international standards, facilitating easy procurement and replacement for users.
2. Fitted with a PTFE + fluorine rubber seal cover to maintain high vacuum degree, with gas-liquid separation function to eliminate backflow.
3. Integrates primary and secondary high-efficiency dual condensers to ensure high solvent recovery rate.
4. The rotary flask uses nut connection, allowing effortless loading and unloading.
5. A tap valve is installed beneath the collection flask opening for rapid recovery of recycled solvents.
6. Supports continuous material feeding operations.
7. Equipped with a vacuum gauge to adjust and maintain optimal operating vacuum degree, suitable for processing low boiling point materials.
8. The water bath is equipped with digital, continuous temperature controlling function for precise heating regulation.
