Jacketed reaction vessels facilitate synthetic reactions of various materials within controlled temperature and vacuum environments. Serving as an all-in-one solution, these vessels support extraction, purification, distillation, and homogenization processes. Comprising an inner vessel paired with one or two jackets, the reactor leverages temperature differentials generated by a chiller to adjust its internal operating conditions. Vacuum-compatible operation makes these vessels ideal for applications sensitive to atmospheric conditions. Available in glass construction, they span volume capacities from 1L to 200L.

6. Variable-frequency controlled AC induction motor provides constant-speed, brushless, spark-free operation for safe, stable, and continuous performance.
7. Heavy-duty stainless steel support frame with lockable casters for enhanced mobility and stability; the entire support structure and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled.
8. Bottom flange discharge port equipped with a PTFE valve, secured by an aluminum flange assembly.
