Jacketed glass reaction vessels facilitate synthetic reactions of various materials within temperature-controlled, vacuum environments. Serving as an integrated solution, they support extraction, purification, distillation, and homogenization processes. Featuring an inner vessel paired with one or two jackets, these reactors leverage temperature differentials from chillers to regulate internal conditions. Operating under vacuum, they are ideal for applications sensitive to atmospheric exposure, and are available in glass construction with volumes ranging from 1L to 200L.

7. Heavy-duty stainless steel support frame fitted with lockable casters, balancing mobility and stability. (The entire support structure and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled)
8. Bottom flange discharge port integrated with a PTFE valve, secured by an aluminum flange assembly.
