Jacketed reaction vessels are engineered for synthetic reactions of diverse materials in controlled temperature and vacuum environments. They function as an all-in-one solution for extraction, purification, distillation, and homogenization. Comprising an inner vessel with one or two jackets, the reactor utilizes temperature differentials generated by a chiller to adjust its internal environment. Operating under vacuum, these vessels are ideal for applications sensitive to atmospheric conditions. Constructed from glass, they are available in volumes ranging from 1L to 200L.

6. Rugged stainless steel-reinforced PTFE stirrer with anchored agitator, suitable for a broad range of viscous materials; multi-layer stirring blades are optional.
7. Heavy-duty stainless steel supporting framework with lockable casters for enhanced mobility and stability. (The entire support structure and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled)
8. Bottom flange discharge port equipped with a PTFE valve, secured by an aluminum flange.
