Jacketed glass reactors facilitate chemical synthesis of diverse materials within temperature-controlled, vacuum-regulated environments. These all-in-one systems support extraction, purification, distillation, and homogenization processes. Comprising an inner vessel with one or two jackets, the reactor leverages temperature differentials from a chiller to modify its internal operating conditions. Designed to operate under vacuum, it is perfectly suited for air-sensitive applications. Constructed from glass, these reactors are available in volumes ranging from 1L to 200L.

2. Full set of glassware components made from GG3.3 borosilicate glass, providing superior resistance to heat, cold, and corrosion.
3. Solvent-resistant PTFE seals ensure prolonged durability and dependable performance, achieving a vacuum level of -0.098Mpa.
4. Frequency-controlled AC induction motor delivers constant, brushless, spark-free operation for safe, stable, and continuous use.
5. Stainless steel-reinforced rugged PTFE stirrer with an anchored agitator, suitable for processing a wide spectrum of viscous materials; multi-layer stirring blades are optional.
6. Equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor and liquid crystal display for more accurate temperature measurement and simplified operation.
7. Heavy-duty stainless steel support framework with lockable casters balances easy mobility and stable positioning. The support frame and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled for quick setup.
8. Bottom flange discharge port fitted with a PTFE valve, secured by an aluminum flange to ensure leak-tight functionality.
