Jacketed glass reactor vessels facilitate the synthetic reaction of diverse materials within tightly controlled temperature and vacuum environments. Serving as an all-in-one processing solution, they support extraction, refinement, distillation, and homogenization operations.
Equipped with an inner vessel paired with one or two jackets, the reactor utilizes temperature differentials generated by a chiller to adjust its internal environment. Operating under vacuum conditions, it is ideal for applications sensitive to atmospheric interference. Constructed from glass, these reactors are available in volumes ranging from 1L to 200L.

Robust stainless steel-reinforced PTFE stirrer with anchored agitator, ideal for processing materials across a broad viscosity range. Multi-layer stirring blades are available as an optional upgrade.
Variable-frequency controlled AC induction motor provides constant-speed operation; its brushless construction eliminates sparks for enhanced safety and ensures stable, continuous performance.
Heavy-duty stainless steel support frame with lockable casters balances excellent mobility and stationary stability. The entire support structure and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled for quick setup.
Bottom flange discharge port equipped with a PTFE valve, securely fastened via aluminum flanges for leak-free operation.
