Jacketed glass reactors facilitate synthetic reactions of various materials within controlled temperature and vacuum environments. They function as all-in-one systems for extraction, purification, distillation, and homogenization. Comprising an inner vessel with one or two jackets, these reactors leverage temperature differentials from a chiller to adjust their internal conditions. Designed for vacuum operation, they are perfect for applications sensitive to atmospheric interference, and are available in glass configurations spanning volumes from 1L to 200L.

Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel support frame fitted with lockable casters, balancing mobility and stability; the entire frame and glass vessel are shipped pre-assembled for rapid deployment.
Includes a bottom flange discharge port with a PTFE valve, securely fixed with aluminum flanges to ensure leak-free material discharge.
